Hacienda Vargas is a true gem! We had our wedding here at the end of December 2016 and it couldn't have been more perfect! Cynthia was incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process. She consistently responded quickly to my many, many emails and went out of her way to accommodate the needs of my guests. She problem-solved to make my ideas a reality and made suggestions when I asked. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran smoothly as vendors arrived and during the ceremony itself. We got married in the candle lit chapel and it was so romantic and beautiful - just like it looks in the pictures! We had 17 people at our wedding, all of whom spent 2 nights at the hacienda with us and everyone had an excellent time. It was so nice for our family to be able to stay together at this bed and breakfast! It was intimate, rustic, beautiful, memorable, and everything I hoped for! The breakfasts each morning were delicious :-) This venue can accommodate everything from elopements to large weddings. It was perfect for us, and I am so, so glad that we got married here! Thank you, thank you Cynthia and Spence. I would highly recommend Hacienda Vargas!
We had our wedding at Hacienda Vargas and I couldn't be happier with our wedding day. Cynthia made a beautiful bouquet and boutineer, she ordered us a cake at a reasonable price, provided full catering, and laid out beautiful linens on the table to match our colors. I would highly recommend Hacienda Vargas as a wedding venue.
The rooms are so beautiful and full of history. May whole family stayed and they all loved their rooms. The owners Cynthia and Spence were so helpful in everything from making the reservation to planning the wedding... And Spence breakfast every morning was just the best....he is a great cook...
Beautiful bed and breakfast, plenty of shade trees and courtyard. My sister in law and her husband got married there. It was very beautiful as was she!!

We had our wedding here on 7/8/17 and it was great! Cynthia was so responsive to emails and very organized. We took all of our items the day before and everything was set up just like we asked. The setting is so gorgeous especially their brick dance floor and lighting. Our family rented out all of the rooms and had a wonderful breakfast together in the morning. The food was fantastic- family members were asking for their recipes! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
